Tujikuze is a social impact enterprise based in Nairobi that specialises in the production of bags and accessories. Created through the partnership of 4 like-minded Kenyan companies — Africa Collect Textiles, Savio Youth Enterprise, Virtuous and Satubo — this partnership and our shared, extended network of artisans allow us to offer a game-changing approach to apparel & accessory production for fashion and lifestyle brands & retailers. By connecting African artisanal craftsmanship to global trade, Tujikuze actively shapes a more sustainable future for fashion while fostering positive social and economic change in the communities we collaborate with in Kenya and in the wider region.
Our Mission
To use capacity building and trade support activities to empower local artisan communities so they can provide best in class, ethical, circular production services for the global fashion & lifestyle industries.
Our Vision
To become a global fashion production leader, driving the industry toward high quality, low-impact, ethical & empowering production practices, and better outcomes for people and planet.
Our Values
Excellence | We pursue globally competitive levels of quality in craftsmanship and service. Inclusivity | We champion economic inclusion with our choices, not just our voices. Circularity | We practice circularity as a core framework, not an afterthought.
Our Location
Nairobi also keeps us close to one of our capacity building partners, Don Bosco Boys Town, where we will soon begin development on a prototyping centre that will expand our offering.
You can find us in the Athi River Export Processing Zone, where we benefit from favourable tax and duty terms and pass that added value on to you, our production client.
